Question If I fly on one *A airline and collect points, do I also get points on other members?
I hope I phrased my question right. Basically, I'm trying to find out whether by flying on one Star Alliance airline I can collect points on other memberships I have with partnering airlines.

For example:

If I fly on United Airlines and collect 5000 points on my Mileage Plus card for that trip, does that mean I can also get 5000 points added to my Aeroplan, Kris Flyer and Miles & More memberships?
