Tashkent has a fairly new Hyatt Regency built in 2016. Normally, a Hyatt Regency wouldn't belong anywhere near this forum but it is the best option in town.

Will update with pictures in the coming days. Am disappointed that request for slightly more space (when using TSU) came back with a $300 USD/per day upsell.
