Just got a 9 digit 12/31 mailer today. Interestingly, the wording in the "Terms and Conditions" has changed. Specifically the statement "This offer is valid for new accounts only." has been replaced with "Your eligibility for a particular product and service is subject to a final determination by Citigroup".

Anyone else get the same thing in their mailers? Does this new language change anything, or is this still a go?
