Which airline west coast to Shanghai return from Beijing?
Next September heading to China. Trip starts in Shanghai and ends in Beijing. We live in Utah and are flexible to fly out of any west coast airport. SLC, SFO, LAX, SEA. What are the recommended airlines for this flight and what airlines should we avoid?

Planning to fly business class.

For the purposes of this request don't consider cost or points just comfort, food/drink and responsible practices
