Agreed with some of the issues with Aman Tokyo, but it still remains our favorite hotel in the city. We also had to ask them where the turndown gifts were. Breakfast did get boring by the end of the week because you are limited to the same menu in the room and downstairs.
Had a pretty big disagreement with Kozan first day we were there and he explained to me he had only worked there for a few months (this was back in September). I’m hoping they’ll turn things around soon.
Like I mentioned in a previous post, I do need to give them credit for booking Jiro for us!
