Unfortunately both these stays seem quite disappointing.. thanks for taking one for the team for us!

I've noticed that this seems to be hit or miss.. some Aman's have this info on file, some don't it feels like. I'm not sure if it depends on my booking channel whether this gets linked up (direct vs virtuoso vs citi prestige)....
I had to send a form with CC info that I encrypted in once and told them the password was the last Aman I had stayed in... unfortunately the agent couldn't figure that information out....
