I see. I was imagining the roadways approaching the bridge as left drive and then some switch over. I was in HKG a year ago staying at the W and there was a massive works project right next door. Is this train station what was under construction?

That's the new high-speed train station, which opened weeks earlier than the bridge but with disappointing patronage figures so far.
