I'd have to disagree on the no bags, that's a huge part of buying up to F. But I could see no CoS or lounge access (though that could eventually nibble the AL to death by ducks now that PP is gone and it's just AS F pax + AL members- I have to think an AL membership compared to AMEX isn't such a hot deal unless you're just crazy about pancake machines).
