They show starting in December for flights I have saved to my ExpertFlyer, which codes them as Business vs First (like others).

Just checked with Alaska on Twitter, who passed me to text reservations, who confirmed that it will be a new discounted first fare. They haven't filed any fares so no idea what pricing will be like (or restriction of benefits either), but if I had to speculate, I'd agree with others in terms of benefits: no CoS bonus, no free checked bags and no lounge access included.
