I dunno... last time I was at SFO I had a connection between the International Terminal to Terminal 2. I think I had just over an hour connection so I was very tempted to pop into the CX lounge for a bit, then try to time it to get to the gate just as boarding started. It is a great lounge and I really like it.
Having not made the connection before, I probably wasn't super efficient at finding my way to the tram... but at least I did get on it going the right direction instead of going for a ride
But the TSA Precheck at Terminal 2 was a disaster. Even without going to the lounge, they were just starting boarding when I got to the gate.
Maybe that's unusual for SFO Terminal 2? I don't use it enough to know... but I'd have been sweatin it if I'd gone to the lounge.
