I am surprised to hear this. Most Virtuoso agents like our own have direct relationships with Aman hotels and if they are a decent sized Virtuoso agent, they will already have booked clients into ALL the Aman hotels which means they have more influence when it comes to requesting more special VIP treatment.

Put simply, If you were an Aman hotel, would you give better priority to the Virtuoso agent booker who books 10 rooms with you per year for 10 different guests than the individual who books one room directly?

I can only think that your Virtuoso agent was a smaller agent...
