Does Jetblue still have the "BYOB"?

I'd read an article (I think dated in 2016 or 2017) that JetBlue had an "unofficial" BYOB or something?
Technically I think the FAA rules state that while you can bring certain portions of alcohol on board, only the FA can serve them.
And JetBlue appeared to be one of those airlines that you could do this on (like those little mini bottles of alcohol)?

Is this true?
And if so, is is still valid? (even if a YMMV)
