"Blue Class" is how Iberia refers to saver economy space on their website. "Economy" award space is priced significantly higher. I am award that premium economy award prices aren't listed on the IB partner award chart. The IB site however *does* allow you to price partner awards that include IB / BA premium economy segments.
I am 100% aware of what Blue Class is. "Economy" is full fare economy that is flexible and cancellable. The distinction used to be important as several years back Blue Class on IB metal was non-refundable.
Assuming the PE + partner doesn't actually error out before confirmation, I'm not sure what you're getting
about. You always have to pay substantially more to fly in PE vs. Blue.
