I just got back from that same trip (AA102 HNL-DFW on the 9th). Was in 7L. The ODD numbered window seats generally face backwards; the Center two ODD numbered seats face forwards throughout the Business/First cabin. Note that row 7 has only one window which you can't see out of if the seat is not reclined.
