Has anyone seen issues with award availability lately? I looked last night and there was plenty of space in May. Went to book this morning and there isn't a single room for the entire year on any day? I looked at cash rates on the OTAs and the standard room is available, but isn't available for cash on Hilton.com. Tried the online chat and they said it isn't available. Is the best bet to call in? Need to transfer points in for the redemption, but don't want to unless there is space.
