Not sure how this is "no ticket" situation at NRT, it sounds like the entire itinerary was booked as one ticket and you rerouted from DEN-LAX-NRT-MNL to DEN-NRT-MNL.

If you have a confirmed ticket, you can still go through transit security and collect boarding pass at NH transfer desk. Just show transit security your itinerary/ticket with onward flight to MNL.
