If you are on 1 ticket there is no issue/nothing to worry about - you will ge rebooked if you miss the domestic flight.

Even if you are on 2 tickets, you should go ahead. 2 hours at BLR should be more than enough to clear immigration etc and even if you miss your domestic flight, it is not the end of the world. Just pay for the rebooking or buy a new ticket (domestic flights in India are cheap, so the financial impact will be limited).
