Nice deal on the miles it looks like. The layover is YMMV of course. I would normally leave the airport with that much time.
As an aside, did you look at Singapore Airlines SIN-MAN-IAH flight? They often run really decent sales in biz class if cash is an option (though getting to the 92k Krisflyer mile saver reward redemption could be challenging...).
