Question Is expiration for a ticket 12 mos. from the original issue date or the last reissue?
I had a domestic UA ticket issued in April of this year, that I had reissued in August (I re-fared the ticket into First from Economy). I never ended up taking the flight due to Hurricane Florence.

I was under the impression that I had to use the residual value of the ticket by April 2019, but the rep I just spoke with at the Premier line said it was good until 8/7/19 (one year from the reissue date).

Does this sound right to you? If so, its news to me. And welcome news at that!
