+1. It all depends on the actual fare, not on the fare bucket. Many ex-UK promotional T fares are non-changeable while some non-promotional T fares from other countries are flexible for a very low fee.
Ive never personally came across a non changeable T class fare, only I class fares in Club world are usually non changeable.
The change fee on T class is typically £150 if ex uk or $275 if ex US. You then also pay fare and tax difference plus service fee if applicable.
