I was in the SQ lounge Thursday. The restrooms and showers were still closed.

Helpful info, but IMO not worth the effort. There's a pay lounge landside where you can shower. Plaza Premium Arrivals Lounge

And I'm not sure the HKG UC lounge dragons would let you in without a same day departing BP. They are extremely rigid.
