QR do, but it is only for customers marked as VVIP (visible on the Passenger List albeit obviously not shown to passengers)
BA GGL does not classify as VVIP, nor does QR Platinum (OWE).
The majority of VVIPs are of Qatari descent, and are Royal Family, Government Ministers, etc.
However, there are also a select number of VVIPs who are frequent flyers. I met one a couple of weeks ago, and he flies DOH-LHR-DOH-India-DOH every week, where the DOH-LHR-DOH legs are in F, and the DOH-India-DOH are in J. I can't even begin to imagine how much he spends with QR, but I'd hazard a guess at a lot!
