I think we have come to conclusion on this. I'm going to complete my spending by end of Nov and my statement cuts on the 7th each month. I believe the spending is counted by Chase and the actual status, points and nights are managed by Hyatt. Based on the points posting, we should see the points, status and nights updated before the end of the year. I'll give Hyatt 10 days....
