Interesting. So the "new" system is 100% online? How will that work, such as sending in old passport, signing the declaration?

BTW, at the top of the service.gov.hk page it mentions: BETA This is a new service - your [email protected]?subject=HMPO-OLC%20Feedback will help us to improve it.

Perhaps this is the "new" service?
