Just to close the loop on this, in case anyone is in a similar situation -- the rest of my points posted without me having to call.
So, 4 of my 6 "line items" worth of points posted the day after my statement closed, and the rest posted 4 days later.
It seems like Chase is on top of things. Even if there are hiccups, there seem to be automated audits or sweeps or whatever that eventually make things right. Definitely keep a close eye on your account when your statement closes and make sure that ALL your points make it to your Hyatt account.
