Took the advice of the FT community and called in - really glad I did! Was asked several questions about whether I managed to use specific benefits like Uber / Saks / PP and answered honestly (yes/no/not really). Talked about switching to Gold, and also mentioned that the new Citi Prestige was tempting with the $350 AF with Citigold. Was offered 50k points immediately (no spending requirement) plus $200 statement credit against the AF when it comes due in a month - took the offer. Cardmember for 11 years, plat for just 1, ~$60k annual spend last 12 months. Hope this helps someone!
