I just completed my OSL-DOH leg.
i first asked the cabin service manager how many Gold and plat customers was on board. It was only two plats including myself. I then continued to rant about the “enhancements” and she said I was the second one complaining about the devaluation of the programme in the last week alone.
She seemed a bit perplexed.
I think we should keep on giving them this feedback, at some point it will need to reach the right level of management?
