As long as the promo is locked in (or can be) asap, I'll be at Hyatt for the rest of this month and almost all of next month, to the tune of several grand and 20-30 nights over next 90 days.

Since your company is evidently one of those participating in this year's "20 nights to Glob" promo, you might try someone in your travel department and ask them to reach out to your company's Account Director at Hyatt to confirm your enrollment.
