SZX is now on the TWOV list - provided you're not going to/from Hong Kong or Macau.

The wiki is up to date - I'm guessing the issue is that TWOC at SZX is very new - like a few weeks at most. Given the lead-in time for people to book tickets it's probably about now that the first pax ising TWOV are starting to come through and immigration is probably trying to work out how to use it. It's not uncommon to find longer processig times at ports where TWOV is little used, or new.
