FlightRadar also has the info.
However, regardless of source, fin number is never guaranteed in advance. The AC app may start to populate as early as 4 days out, FR as of T-48. But it frequently changes, often multiple times, before the flight.
How far out are you trying to book/change that you need this info to be accurate?
