OK, you're paying for PE and picking your seats on line at the same time, I'm assuming. Since the bulkhead seats seem to be the preferred seats for some, what is the trick required to choose them? Are those preferred seats available to be chosen with no extra effort or payment? Or, are those seats blocked by the airline on line wherein you have to call customer service to determine availability and entitlement?
On AA it is simply first come, first served. The non-center section bulkhead seats often get selected early though.
