Has anyone stayed at the new DoubleTree Chatan yet? Couldn't find any reviews or posts.

I've been happy staying at the Hilton property next door before but am debating whether or not to try the DoubleTree this xmas, since it's new. Won't be using the pools since it's winter, so hoping to hear comments about the rooms, lounges, etc.

Interestingly, the DT is a little more expensive than the Hilton... maybe it's just the new property premium.
