Endure is the right word. I once spent about seven hours overnight in Al Mourjan and didn't particularly find it fun by the end. Why you would spend eight hours at CMB I have no idea!
Having done both, I can honestly say that I enjoyed my time at AM. A little walking around, a little eating, a little sleeping, a little shopping, a shower,.... The time went faster than I expected.
