If your flight arrives at 8:50 in the morning, the Non-Schengen area is deserted. Passport control will take 10 seconds if you're first out the plane. If you're last, it still won't take very long (and definitely not 15 minutes). Many pax continue from JFK to SVO/LED and will not go to passport control at all.

Both the Aspire lounge and the Fly Inn restaurant are in the Schengen zone, so you will first go through passport control. From the lounge/restaurant, you can walk straight to your gate in minutes. The airport will not be busy at that time of day.

(The text you quote refers to pax travelling from HEL to a Non-Schengen destination. They will go through security at HEL, after which they land in the Schengen zone and can visit the lounge before going through passport control to enter the Non-Schengen zone.)
