I doubt the card will serve any real purpose. They only circumstance where the card would provide any benefit would be a tie breaker with another GS or 1K on the same fare class for a CPU. It is highly unlikely that it would ever come into play.
San Francisco seems like a major global service hub. Sfo to ewr always has like 5-10 GS in line for upgrade using regional, that should play role right? Also I figured getting one main card and two under authorized users.
