Hi

My sister recently took a trip from London - Kauala Lumpa with Malaysia. This was via a stopover in Tokyo.

So basically she booked the flights as a return from LHR- KUL via NRT ... return.

She added her BA exec number (lowly Blue member) with the airline booking confirmation.

The outbound, FINE perfect, the flights tracked and she was duly awarded avios and TPs for both bits.

Coming back nothing. So I helped her do a claim via the BA website. She got an email back rejecting it, saying:

We resubmitted the claims, and the same answer!!!!

How weird. If it wasn't qualifying on the way back, why was it on the way out?????

Has she got any claim to her Avios/ TPs ???
