JAL interlining bags on Cathay Dragon?
I am planning an itinerary from NRT-PVG and then a separate booking of PVG-HKG on Cathay Dragon (2 hour layover in PVG). Would JAL allow me to check my bag through to Hong Kong? Cathay Dragon isn’t a full Oneworld member so not sure if they would or not.
