Goalie; I don't think you are supposed to smoke on the balconies of the Bungalow rooms, but I did each and every visit. I recently quit smoking so a non issue moving forward.
I stayed early this year, there was an ashtray on the table on the balcony when I stayed in the Bungalow.

Congrats on quitting, its going on 4 years for me.
