The terms guarantee the benefit only for the Plat guest and 1 other guest in one room. The hotel may offer more depending on occupancy or other special circumstances or at an agent or manager’s discretion. Being Plat100 Ambassador status may be a factor, too.
When I was here as Ambassador level in April 2016 for our wedding anniversary, we were allowed to take breakfast as room service at no extra charge.
