I had 50,000 SPG points that were converted to 150,000 points after the merge.

Last activity was Nov 2017, an "Internal SPG point transfer". Before that, I've had another transfer within the last 24 months, but no other activity. I didn't have a Marriott account from before the merge, so no activity there.

With the new rules, points expire after 24 months, but transfers do not count. So I'm confused; when will my points expire?

- 24 months after my last (now ineligible) activity in Nov 2017?
- 12 months after the Nov 2017 activity, as per the rules for that activity?
- 24 months after the merge in Aug 2018?
- At any point, since according to current rules, I have no qualifying activity during the last 24 months?
