1) Are you looking on the Home tab or on the Statements and Activity tab? I only see this when expanding a transaction from the Home tab.
2) If you look at a pending transaction do you see this?
I literally only see the 4X icon on the "Current Statement" (after statement closed with the non-Preview version) and not on Recent Activity
