Hi folks, I recently had to cancel my 2-4-1 redemption bookin due to my wife getting ill. I got an e-mail saying its being processed and 2 days ago my wife got an e-mail saying how many avios will be returned etc and that it'll be within 24hrs. I've still not got the avios or voucher and I (main passenger) didnt get any emails.
I just thought this is a bit strange, Is this normal? Anthing to worry about I'm in no rush as such, just curious.....
Had a search and everyone seems to get them back quickly...
Do i need to give them a call?
