I was there on Sunday evening and it was lovely. A maximum of 3 other people in the lounge between 7.00-8.30pm! Staff much better than the LHR lounge staff and I would say the food from the menu was better too.
Yes when I’ve been before, and even a bit later on a Friday evening, I’ve never found it that busy.
They literally had no hot food available.
