The 25. 9. 2018 I took a flight from Delhi to Milan direct with Air India.As You can see on the fotos I did put my bike in a cardboard box (160 cm large).Allowed was two bagages of each 23 kg.Without any hesitation they accepted my bike (as sport equipement) one of them.I even asked them if I can as well check in my 2 bamboo-poles (of 3 meters) as extencion of the bicycle. They accepted as well, but only if they are fixed together with the cardboard box.I did so an checked in this quite unwieldy piece together with my other peace of bagage.​​​​​​​And all without extrafees. It arrived all well in Milan! ☺
