I had an existing booking made with an upgrade voucher.
Today I had to change the outbound flight. For some reason the agent deducted another upgrade voucher from my account (as well as the £35 change fee)
Not a great deal.
Just to add, I have called them this morning.
They apologised, due to human error they have deducted another upgrade voucher by accident.
They then reinstated an economy companion voucher, instead of the upgrade voucher.
Another call later, they again apologised for the error and reinstated the correct voucher.
