London heathrow non english speaking parents travel please help
hi my parents flying from Prague to Miami with layover in LONDON Heathrow. They do not speak english and are so afraid of finding the connection flight (gate. ).
I was thinking to guide them thru phone (video call) if needed, but they would need to be on WIFE since their data won't work. Does anybody knows how to log in to free wifi. I remember that in order to get free wifi you have to register. They do not speak english so they won't be able to connect.
Does anyone knows or remember what to fill out to register. any advice apreciated
