If this is true, I'll definitely be signing up tomorrow. Originally my plan was to get my T-mobile plan moved to my e-sim then just use my Project FI data-only sim in my sim slot... but this plan is potentially even better for me. Looking forward to it.
A few things to remember:
  • If you want to use this for 10 days and that 10 days stretches over two billing periods, you will have to pay for 2 full months.
  • It doesn't say you can call back to the US for free.
  • You will probably lose the ability to revert back to any grandfathered promotional plan. So, e.g., if you have the One Plus promotional plan that gives you 256K data for free, you will likely not be able to revert to that once you try out this plan.
