I see your point. Watery macaroni cheese should have no place on the CCR menu. I recall having a pasta in cheese sauce with black truffle shavings in the CCR in winter several years ago. It was deliciously decadent. The portion was very large and I admitted defeat after a third of it. Elevating a simple dish would be more in keeping with expectations.
