Seems iffy to me, I can’t see anything on it and most offers are for at least 100/250 points, you can buy 50 points for $2 and get 250 for test driving a Toyota.
Can you share the email content? Did it appear to come from a reasonable email address? Many scam emails have a clearly fake from address or link contained within them.
Of course if there’s no link, images or attachments ... hard to see too much danger.
