Just grabbed $390 voucher (still paper as described above) to take a 3 hr delay at CLT. And I was supposed to be on a CR2, now flying on an A319 in the exit row so that’s a nice little bonus. The couple times I’ve used the paper vouchers they were easy to redeem. Not a bad Wednesday afternoon.
